DESIGN PROCESS

1) Consultation

• This can be via email, phone or in person at the client’s discretion.

2) After the initial consultation it will take anywhere from 1-3 business days for a mock-up to be completed by
     one of our talented designers.*                     

3) Then a second consultation will take place for the client to make changes to the product:

1. Please note that only three changes are allowed free of charge.
2. Once the client has exceeded this, an additional $50 per hr. will be applied.
3. Websites are excluded from this as they require many corrections by nature.

4) After the second consultation, the client will then be asked to finalize the product before printing.

5) A small run generally takes 1-2 business days for the printing, cutting and delivering of the finished product.
    ( i.e. 100-500  Bus. Cards/Postcards ). Other jobs may require 1.5 wks to 2 wk for project completion.**

6) Final deposit is required before all jobs are given to client.

*A security deposit of at least 25%  or more of final cost will be needed before any work is performed.
